Can I sign up at any time?
When enrollment is open. Jump on the waitlist if enrollment is closed! We will notify you as soon as it opens!
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the date of enrollment. You will fall into the next shipping & billing cycle, which is the 20th bi-monthly. January, March, May, July, September, and November.
When will it ship?
The boxes ship bi-monthly. At the end of the month, they start to get shipped out from the East Coast to the West Coast. For example: billing on January 20th, boxes begin shipping out the following week with arrival up to the first couple weeks of February.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription. All changes must be made before the processed billing cycle (see the when do I get billed FAQ). If after the billing is processed, the changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy Notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment, cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date. Requests made after this period will apply to the following cycle.

15-Day Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 15 days prior to the billing cycle are eligible for cancellation without a fee for that scheduled shipment.
