Chilhowie Mystery Quilt Along with Bonnie Hunter

We are participating in the Chilhowie Mystery Quilt Along hosted by Bonnie  Hunter of Quiltville.  The mystery quilt is being kicked off on Black Friday.  Bonnie’s mystery quilts are lots of fun so grab your friends and sew along with Bonnie. Most of you are probably wondering where the name of this quilt along came from.  Chilhowie is a small, quaint town in Virginia.  Bonnie has more information about Chilhowie on her blog. The color theme was inspired by the orange and purple Bearded Iris.  Bonnie also added some aqua and low volume to her fabric selection.  Bonnie provided some Sherwin Williams color cards to help you with your selections. These are the colors she used in her quilt.  However,  you can use any fabrics you like.  Head on over to Bonnie’s blog for more information. Fabric requirements: Orange – 2 yards Aqua – 1-3/4 yards Purple – 1-3/4 yards Low Volume – 4 yards We received many customer requests for bundles, so we have put together some color bundles.  The orange bundles will make beautiful pumpkin blocks. We will continue to add to this, so check back again in a few days. Our bundles can be found here
