Ok I know I say this about every box, but this box is one of my personal favorites, and I think it might become one of yours too. The July/August box was filled with charming fabrics and special extras. Keep reading to peek inside!
The Aria & Ava pattern in this box is called Birdie. It is perfectly paired with this beautiful True Love fabric by Lella Boutique. The vintage-inspired True Love fabric collection is simply a perfect choice for these adorable birds.
The Story Behind the Birdie Quilt Pattern
This featured pattern called “Birdie” was inspired by a sweet childhood memory of my granddaughter, Aria. The design captures birds on branches, nodding to days spent chasing after singing birds in Arizona. “Birdie” was first designed when Aria was two but only found its perfect fabric now, thanks to the new True Love line by Lella Boutique.
This design had been waiting for years for the right fabric, and True Love was perfection! And that is how the Birdie box came to life.

As you can see the Bella Bow kit is so cute and certainly makes an adorable quilt.
A Closer Look at the Fabric
This collection is full of playful bird motifs in soft blues and greens. I already know where mine is going. I’m planning to hang my finished quilt in my parents’ apartment because the colors match their walls so perfectly.
Make It Your Own
The box included the Birdie pattern, but I intentionally left out the background, flower, stem, and yellow beak fabrics. That way, it could be customized for each color palette.
